We can prepare a meal plan for your weight loss goals, taking into account your macronutrient requirements. Macros are your Fats, Carbs & Protein. In order to lose weight you need to ensure you are eating the proper nutrition for your body. 

The meal plan is not about deprivation or eating like a ‘rabbit’, it has delicious meals that will keep you satisfied & not have you looking for snacks.

SMALL GROUP FITNESS

BuzzFit offers a friendly, small boutique style home based environment, in which you can achieve your health and fitness goals.  We offer in-studio training, together with online training for participants that cannot get to the gym or prefer to train from home.

BuzzFit offers classes throughout the week that cater to all fitness levels, including people with injuries.  

Every class is different, to enable us to work different muscle groups and for variety.  Boxing classes are scheduled every Saturday morning.
