No partners. No equipment. Just you and a killer workout!

Our boxing fitness classes are high-energy, fun, and suitable for all fitness levels — no experience needed. You’ll punch, sweat, and smile your way through a full-body cardio and strength session designed to boost your endurance, burn calories, and build confidence.

Whether you’re a beginner or looking to mix up your routine, this class will leave you feeling strong, empowered, and accomplished.

💰 Cost: $20 for a 1 hour session

75 HARD

75 HARD! Are you up for the Challenge ? I’m taking expressions of interest ONLY… Only apply if you believe you can do it 💪

Starts 23rd September 2024 to 6th December 2024 – ready for your best body in time for Summer.

75 HARD is about Mental Toughness. If you complete this with me, you have the support & accountability to keep on track to get through it to the end and achieve the most amazing results.

There are 5 Rules, if you mess up ANY task at any time during the 75 days… you start over at Day 1.

RULES – Every Day – Non Negotiable

1. Follow a meal plan – no cheat days, no alcohol

2. 45 minute workout, outside & 45 minute workout, anywhere

3. Drink 3-4 litres of water

4. Daily progress photo

5. Read 10 pages of a self-help book
