Starts 23rd September 2024 to 6th December 2024 – ready for your best body in time for Summer.

75 HARD is about Mental Toughness. If you complete this with me, you have the support & accountability to keep on track to get through it to the end and achieve the most amazing results.

There are 5 Rules, if you mess up ANY task at any time during the 75 days… you start over at Day 1.

RULES – Every Day – Non Negotiable

1. Follow a meal plan – no cheat days, no alcohol

2. 45 minute workout, outside & 45 minute workout, anywhere

3. Drink 3-4 litres of water

4. Daily progress photo

5. Read 10 pages of a self-help book

I am a mum of four kids, 3 boys and 1 girl. My passion is helping people. I previously worked in the corporate world but after having children, decided that I wanted to be more active and work around my family. I then found my passion in helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. I have been a fitness trainer for many years and truly take get pride in helping people reach their goals. I have recently completed studies to become a Health/Life Coach and have developed BuzzFit’s 90 Day Transformation Program. This program is designed to help you become or aware of unhealthy habits and learn to change them for life! My life is a juggle between supporting my family and helping my clients achieve their goals. Since starting BuzzFit and evolving and growing myself, I have to say I am the happiest I have ever been 😊 I have participated in many running events from 5km to half marathons. I have also participated in many mud obstacle events such as Spartan, Tough Mudder etc. I have worked with people of all ages from 8 to 80, people with injuries and special needs/circumstances. I have extensive experience and success with clients achieving weight loss, increased and maintain peak fitness, increased strength, tone and core fitness, plus help clients reaching goals such as running marathons. I have helped clients improve their overall health including reducing or discontinuing medications. I believe you need to look after your body, as it’s the only place you have to live in!
