What We Offer – Online Program (6 – 24 week program)


1 x 15-minute coaching call per week


I know we can be time poor – our 15-minute chat will focus on all of your personal challenges that have occurred during the week, coaching around the 5 stages of our program and setting you up for a successful week.

Weekly check in form (5-10 minutes) – email with response from coach

As we are busy – you complete the weekly check-in form towards the end of the week in your own time – I will review it and give you feedback and guidance.

WEEKLY LEARNING ON ALL TOPICS RELATED TO YOUR SPECIFIC GOALS

This program has a lot of content that is adapted to be included in your daily life. There are tasks that you will complete during the time in between our chats.
