BuzzFit has been offering small group training and personal training since 2015. We offer online programs as well as in the gym programs.

For people that want to start strength training or return after having time off, without the fear of getting hurt.
12 Week Get Lean Program
For people who want to lose body fat without extreme dieting.
12 Week Get Toned Program
For people who want to gain muscle and tone without spending hours in the gym.
12 Week Get Strong Program
For people who want to gain maximum strength & lift heavy weights without getting hurt.
SMALL GROUP CLASSES
BuzzFit offers a friendly, small boutique style home based environment, in which you can achieve your health and fitness goals. We offer in-studio training, together with online training for participants that cannot get to the gym or prefer to train from home.
BuzzFit offers classes throughout the week that cater to all fitness levels, including people with injuries.
Every class is different, to enable us to work different muscle groups and for variety. Boxing classes are scheduled every Saturday morning.

PERSONAL TRAINING 1:1 (PT)
BuzzFit offers one on one personal training.
PT sessions are designed to reach your individual goals. We can also design your sessions with a friend/partner.
These sessions are 30 minutes, including warm up and cool down and can be scheduled throughout the week.
PERSONAL TRAINING KICKSTART
4 Week Program – 3 x 30 minute sessions per week for 4 weeks.
